FOUNDATION STATEMENT: What you have in life is coming from the tree of your belief in your heart. In the Kingdom of God system the tree that yields the fruit is your belief. The belief in your heart produces what you have in life. Your life is a product of what you believe in your heart. (Matthew 8:13, Proverbs 23:7)
I. The results in your life spring from your belief and like the fruit that springs forth from a tree
A. The results you have in life are determined by the kind of belief you have in your heart.
1. The kind of fruit that you have is determined by what kind of tree that you have
B. EX: If you spend time sowing the word on healing, it’s going to produce a belief in your heart that you are healed. That belief is going to produce the fruit of healing manifested. You had to have the tree of belief to get the fruit of healing.
C. It’s a possibility that you have some beliefs in you right now that are producing things that you don’t want in your life
II. Your life is a reproduction of what you believe in your heart (Proverbs 23:7)
A. Whatever belief has been PRODUCED in your heart will be REPRODUCED in your life
1. Thinks – Reason out, calculate, reckon (consider), estimate,
2. When something is REPRODUCED that means that it’s already been produced somewhere at sometime first and now it’s going to be produced again
B. Whatever you want produced in life, first of all has to be produced in your heart (in the form of a belief)
1. If I can produce the belief in my heart I can see the fruit in my life
III. Examples of “Your life is a reproduction of what you believe in your heart”
A. Hebrews 3:19, Numbers 13 – What you believe must make a difference because two of them believed and ended up going into the promise land and two million of them didn’t believe and they didn’t go in
1. Their tree was a tree of “we can’t do go in” and they got the fruit of their tree
2. They produced “we can’t go in” in their hearts and that was reproduced in their lives
B. Matthew 8:13 – Centurion’s Servant – It was done unto him, just like he believed it
1. His tree was “Speak the Word only and he’ll be healed” and he got the fruit of his tree
2. He produced “Speak the Word only and he’ll be healed” in his heart and that was reproduced in his life
C. Matthew 9:18,23-25 – Jairus
1. His tree was “If you lay your hand on her she will live”
2. He produced “Lay your hand on her and she will live” in his heart and that was reproduced in his life
D. Matthew 9:22 – Woman with the issue of blood
1. Her tree was “If I touch the hem of his garment I’ll be made whole” and she got the fruit of her tree
2. She produced “If I touch the hem of his garment I’ll be made whole” in her heart and it was reproduced in her life
E. Matthew 15:28 – The Syrophenician woman’s daughter – Just like she willed it and believed it in her heart it was done unto her
1. Her tree was “Jesus can and will cast the devil out of my daughter” and she got the fruit of her tree
2. She produced “Jesus can and will cast the devil out of my daughter” in her heart and it was reproduced in her life
3. Even As – It’s even or the same on both sides; as it is in your heart it’s even or the same in your life
F. Matthew 17:20 – If they would have believed in their hearts could this situation have been different?
1. Their tree must have been “we can’t help this boy” because that was the fruit and the tree is known by the fruit and the belief is known by the results (Matthew 12:33)
2. Their life was a reproduction of what they believed in their heart
G. Matthew 13:58, Mark 6:4-6 – People who believed saw mighty works, they didn’t believe and they didn’t see mighty works
1. What they believed in their heart determined what they got in life
H. Mark 9:20-23 – Is what he believes in his heart going to affect his life?
1. Jesus is saying, If you can get the tree, you can have the fruit or if it’s not produced in your heart it can’t be reproduced in your life
2. If you don’t have the tree, then it’s impossible to see the fruit, but if you can produce the tree it’s possible for you to see the fruit
I. Mark 10:46-52, Matthew 9:29 – Blind Bartimaeus received sight – Did his faith have something to do with him seeing?
1. His tree was “Jesus can heal me” and he got the fruit of what he believed
2. His life was a reproduction of what he believed in his heart
J. Luke 7:50 – The Woman who as a sinner; her faith saved her
1. Did this woman’s faith have something to do with her being forgiven from her sin?
2. Her tree must have been “Jesus can and will save me” because that was the fruit she got
IV. APPLICATION: What you believe in your heart is what you have in life.
A. If you want change in life, then you need to change what you believe in your heart
1. You got to believe that whatever your belief is, is exactly what you will have in life
B. Whatever you want produced in your life, first of all has to produced in your heart
