As a believer, when you are born again you are born a spiritual baby. It is the will of God that spiritual development take place in your life. God does not want you to stay a baby, but rather He wants you to grow up into full grown spiritual adult. Why does God want you to grow up? Ephesians 4 tells that we are being developed for the work of the ministry. God has a plan to use you in great ways and do great things in your life and to get into those great things spiritual development is a must!
