I am free from sin and I stand fast in that freedom (Romans 6:22, Galatians 5:1). Sin does not rule and reign in my body. I do not obey sin and its desires. Sin has no voice and no say in my life. I rule and reign over sin through Jesus Christ. I do not yield any part of my body as an instrument to sin. Sin is under my feet and I have authority over it (Romans 6:12-14, Ephesians 1:19-21). I awake to righteousness and I sin not. I am not a sinner. I don’t commit sin and I don’t fall to the temptation of sin. I am the righteousness of God and I do right things that are in line with the Word of God (1 Corinthians 15:34, 2 Corinthians 5:21). In every temptation God has provided me a way to escape and I always take that way to escape. I don’t fall to temptation and with the strength of God I resist it and overcome it (1 Corinthians 10:13). I walk in the spirit and do not fulfill the lusts of the flesh (Galatians 5:16). I am purged from all things that are evil and unclean in the eyes of God and I am a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and ready for my Father’s use (2 Timothy 2:21). I am a spirit being who is in control of my mind and body. I keep my mind and body in subjection to the Word of God. I tell my mind what to think and my body what to do (1 Thessalonians 5:23). I have a great High Priest in Jesus. He was tempted in all points just like I was, but He never sinned. Every time I’m tempted, I go to His throne with the confession of His Word in my mouth and He helps me in the time of temptation to resist and be just like Him (Hebrews 4:14-16).
